At Flooring Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened flooring materials. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused planks or tiles in their original boxes and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Arrange Transportation
Schedule a pickup with our preferred freight carrier or drop off your return at one of our local distribution centers using the provided documentation.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
